From locking each other in the lift for a whole show, to bringing in each year by broadcasting live from Adam's Parents house, it's fair to say The Kitchen did a lot in the 8 years it was on air.

Starting as a duo, Adam & Matt very quickly they realised radio was more fun with friends, so roped in Macka and eventually after lots of convincing, Jake.
